The body of an 18 year old who had been missing since flooding on Saturday was found Sunday evening, Schertz officials confirmed to 1200 WOAI news.

Avron Adams was last seen attempting to walk across normally placid Cibolo Creek Saturday afternoon.

Schertz spokesman David Harris said his body was found in a brushy area following a full day of searching.

Two women died Saturday when their cars were washed off bridges.

City and County officials will fan out Monday to start tallying up the damage from record flooding on Saturday.

Damage is expected to be significant to roads, bridges, and drainage ditches.  One drainage ditch near Wonerland of the Americas mall had been completely torn up by the fast moving water, with huge concrete chunks piled on top of one another.
