A 48 year old man is facing child pornography charges after he was allegedly spotted taking surreptitious pictures of a young girl at a west side HEB store, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by 1200 WOAI news.
Alfred Hernandez is charged with possession of child pornography.
Detectives say Hernandez was arrested after an employee of the HEB at 410 and Marbach spotted him using his cell phone of an underage girl who was shopping at the store.
When officials investigated, the affidavit says they found hundreds of so called 'upskirt' photos and videos, including some which appear to be of girls as young as eight.
Other images found in Hernandez' possession also appear to be of child pornography, including topless photographs of a young girl.
Bond for Hernandez is set at $15,000.
