The Spurs went French in last night's NBA Draft, as Les Spurs drafted 19 year old French league forward Livio Jean-Charles with their late 28th overall pick,


  Jean-Charles, a 6-9 forward, was named the Most Outstanding Player in the April Nike Hoop Summit, where he scored 27 points and grabbed 13 rebounds.


  The Spurs used their late second round pick to nab Deshaun Thomas, a 6-7 forward from Ohio State.


  Thomas was a first team All Big Ten and Associated Press Third Team All American, and he led the Big Ten Conference in scoring with a 19.8 point average in 37 games.  Thomas was selected to the NCAA West Regional All-Tournament team after averaging 22.3 points for the Buckeyes in four NCAA March Madness games.
