Cuban Offers Revolutionary Plan For NBA To Complete Season

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has presented a revolutionary proposal to the NBA on resuming play. In Cuban's reopening plan, teams would play five to seven regular season games. The top 10 in each conference would qualify for the postseason. There would be two play-in matches involving seeds 17 through 20. The winner of those games would advance to play the 15th and 16th seeds for the final playoff spots in each bracket.
