David Culley is officially head coach of the Houston Texans. Culley says it's a dream come true to become an NFL head coach after Houston confirmed his hiring this morning. Texans CEO Cal McNair says Culley has a great ability to lead and to bring people together. GM Nick Caserio says Culley's infectious energy and passion for football really resonated with him. Culley had been Baltimore's assistant head coach and passing game coordinator. He's also worked with Buffalo, Kansas City, and Philadelphia.
