The Yankees plated three runs in the third as they held on to beat the Rangers 4-3 in the Bronx. Charlie Culberson went deep for Texas, which has lost five of its last six. Isiah Kiner-Falefa led the Rangers with two hits, an RBI and a run scored. A.J. Alexy took his first loss, allowing four runs and six walks over three-and-a-third innings. Texas continues the series tonight.
