The Texans are making some roster moves ahead of their game against the Cardinals on Sunday. Houston released longtime defensive lineman Whitney Mercilus and also parted ways with receiver Andre Roberts on Tuesday. Additionally, the Houston Chronicle reports the team signed center Jimmy Morrissey from the Raiders practice squad. He adds some depth at the position as starter Justin Britt remains out with a knee injury.
