Chet Kimmell has served as President and CEO of Neighborhood Credit Union since 1995. First joining as Chief Financial Officer, he was quickly promoted to President and CEO. Under his leadership, Neighborhood Credit Union has grown to more than $1 billion in assets and nearly 70,000 members. Mr. Kimmell began his career as a certified public accountant with Deloitte and has held numerous leadership roles within the financial services industry, including board service with Town North Bank, SWACHA (former chairman), and NACHA. He is actively involved in charitable organizations, including Children’s Hospitals, as well as committee service with the Cornerstone Credit Union League.
Mr. Kimmell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
