Cowboys lose preseason game to the 49ers

The Dallas Cowboys offense struggled in the team's first preseason game of the year, losing to the San Francisco 49ers 17-9. Dallas went 0-4 in the Red Zone. The Cowboys finished with 294 yards of total offense, compared to the 49ers 339 yards. Dak Prescott threw four completions, including one to himself, when a ball was batted down and he caught it at the line of scrimmage.

The Cowboys will now resume training camp. They will then head to Hawaii to play the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday.
