Lakers beat Spurs

 

LeBron James scored 19 of his game-high 36 points in the fourth quarter as the Lakers pulled away to beat the Spurs 129-102 in Los Angeles. Anthony Davis and Kyle Kuzma each contributed 18 points to the win. The Lakers have won two in a row and lead the Western Conference at 38-and-11 record. DeMar DeRozan delivered 28 points, nine boards and seven assists in defeat. San Antonio has lost five of its last seven games.
