Derby Winner Popped For Drugs
Following the Kentucky Derby Medina Spirit, the winning horse underwent a drug test that came back positive. Spirit is the fifth horse of trainer Bob Baffart to test positive for drugs in just over a year. Although he denies any wrong doing he has been banned from Churchill Downs this year. Medina Spirit on the other hand still has the chance, at least at this present moment, to compete in the upcoming Preakness. Should Media Spirit be stripped of its Kentucky Derby win the Spirit team would lose the $1.86 million in winnings.

Luckily for Dave, the Internet did its thing and the story as well as the shoe reach Wayne Gretzky to resign. The shoe was also authenticated and placed in a display for safe keeping.
Gronk Gives Back To Boston
Gronk will forever be loved by the city of Boston for all of the Super Bowl he helped win. Although the big TE now plays for Tampa he has not forgotten about the city he once called home. He recently made a $1.2 million dollar donation to a Boston area park to have it restored. It is one of the biggest donations the state has ever received for a park. Because of that, legislation has been filed to name the new playground at the park "Gronk Playground." Pretty cool to see the big man give back not only to a city he adores but to future generations who will greatly enjoy the renovated space.
