San Antonio FC Midfielder Bryant Called Up To US U-18 Team

San Antonio FC Midfielder Ethan Bryant has been called up to the United States U-18 Men's National Team. Bryant will participate in a training held in Carson, California from February 1st - 7th. Bryant is part of a 20-man call up for this assignment. Obviously this is a massive opportunity for Bryant who already holds the title of youngest goal scorer in San Antonio FC history. Now he'll add a second honor. He is the first player to be called to the U-18 team while playing for SAFC. Needless to say, he was very excited by the news, saying in a team press release:

“This is a special moment for me and I’m excited to compete at the international level. I will represent San Antonio as a city and club to the best of my abilities, and I’m excited and eager for the opportunity.”

Bryant is eligible to play in the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland if selected for that team. This camp is his opportunity to try and earn a spot on that team. The tournament runs from May 23rd to June 15th.
