Lying worthy of George Costanza

The New York State Attorney General is a Seinfeld fan... how much of one?  Enough to launch "Operation Vandelay Industries" to go after a gentleman named Paul Newman who was trying to pass himself off as an architect. Newman allegedly rendered $200K worth of bogus consulting over the last 7 years. While Newman was the character in this story, we all know it was George who pretended to be the architect.
