The Astros are placing a member of their starting rotation on the injured list. Houston moved Jake Odorizzi on the 10-day IL after he suffered a right foot injury on Monday. The right-hander had an MRI on Tuesday and will likely miss a few starts for the Astros. Odorizzi was covering a play at first base in the second inning when he was pulled after expressing discomfort after the play. He has made 21 starts for Houston this season and carries a 6-and-7 record with a 4.22 earned run average.
