Did former Dallas Cowboys QB Troy Aikman commit treason against the state of Texas?

Many Whataburger fans think so.

On an appearance on Dallas television station WFAA before this week's Monday Night Football broadcast, he was asked a series of "either/or" rapid fire questions, like "Dogs or Cats," and "Chocolate or Vanilla."

But when it came to the question of "Whataburger or In-N-Out," Aikman responded that he prefers In-N-Out Burgers.
